本研究為本實驗室系統性探討健康成人之年齡依賴性免疫特徵,並建立具臨床應用價值之免疫細胞參考範圍。研究結合363名台灣健康成人之原始資料,以及大規模系統性回顧與統合分析,全面解析T細胞、B細胞、自然殺手細胞(NK)及單核球等免疫子群隨年齡變化之趨勢。研究發現,隨著年齡增長,CD8⁺ T細胞與B細胞呈現下降,而CD4/CD8比例與NK細胞則顯著上升,顯示免疫老化之典型特徵;此外,初始型T細胞減少與記憶型T細胞增加的轉變亦清楚呈現。進一步分析亦揭示性別對免疫組成具有重要影響。本研究所建立之年齡與性別分層免疫參考值,可作為臨床免疫監測與精準醫療的重要基礎,對於老化相關疾病之預防與管理具有關鍵意義。 Our study represents a key achievement of our laboratory, providing a comprehensive characterization of age-dependent immune profiles in… Read more.
